oin River Valley Dance Project for Conscious Connection, a transformative workshop at WildHeart on July 19, 12:00–2:00 pm, led by director and choreographer Linalynn Schmelzer. Designed for both dancers and non-dancers, this session centers on building trust and deepening non-verbal communication through movement exploration and partnered improvisation. Expect a full-body warm-up followed by solo, group, and partner work—including safe approaches to lifts and connection—supporting an authentic ability to relate to yourself and others while you dance.
