Dance into Spring is a workshop that will gently lead you into a full-body warm-up, introduce you to dance improvisation and basic skills, and then allow for personal and group exploration.  There will be time for verbal and written reflections that may be shared or not.  The workshop will close with a guided cool down.  No previous dance experience is needed. Open to all ages 18 plus!
