Linalynn will led a warm up and then you will learn and explore improv skills as a group and alone.  You will be given step-by-step instructions on creating a dance starting with improvisation.  This workshop will give you the freedom and structure to dive into your own movement language. 

By the end of the workshop you will have created your own dance.
