About the event

In this special 2-hour workshop, we will investigate the multitude of ways props (blocks, straps, wedges, bolsters, the wall) can help expand your practice by making poses more accessible, or transforming traditional postures into deeper stretches. 

We will take a closer look at such poses such as Plank, Side Angle, Half Moon, Lizard, Chair, Bridge, and Warrior 2. 

This class is open to beginner and intermediate skill levels and pose variations will be personalized for each participant and includes a yoga journal.
